My professional suggestion is no, you do not.
I would like to add; Please pick a day in the week and that day test the sharpness of your nib. Hold the pen you use in your hand, and with your index finger, drag it across the tip of the nib. If it feels sharp, replace it.
The nibs are designed to wear, so the Pen Tablet and Pen Displays surfaces do not.
