For your Pen Tablet pens to be compatible with your Pen Display, they need to be from a V2 tablet. You can identify a V2 pen by the yellow Xencelabs logo located just below the eraser. In contrast, first-generation (V1) pens feature a black Xencelabs logo in the same spot.
Additionally, you can confirm the version by checking the serial number on your Pen Tablet. V1 devices will include “V1” in the serial number, while V2 devices will show “V2.”

Hi
I have the Xencelabs Pen Tablet Medium with the V1 pen, the Pen Tablet Small with the V1 Pen and now i have the Ped Display 16 with the V2 pens.
I just saw that now we can use the V2 pen on all tablets, but some how my V2 pens just work on the Pen display and not on the Pen Teblets.
Is there something that i must do to make them work with the pen tablets?
