Each region has a different return address, so please contact Xencelabs Customer Care before returning your order. Customer Care will give you proper shipping instructions.


Please include your Xencelabs order number, a picture or two showing the damage, and a picture of the shipping label. This information will help us quickly get your order replaced and get you up and running!
