The short answer is: Yes. Calman color calibration software requires a Windows operating system to run.


If you're using a Mac with Parallels or Boot Camp, you can still run Calman through those platforms.


Once you've completed the calibration, the Pen Display 24+ will store the correct color settings internally as a 1D LUT (Look-


Up Table). This means you can connect the display to any computer, and it will maintain the calibrated colors, without needing to recalibrate.


That’s one of the key benefits of hardware-based color calibration.
