That is correct. Your v2 Pen Tablet will show up as a type of Pen Tablet that it is. The image below shows a v2 Pen Tablet Medium Bundle SE tablet.

The only visual identifiers will be the Yellow logo just below the erasers on the pens, and the v2 in the tablet's serial number located on the center back of the Pen Tablet.

You will see the Xencelabs logo will have a Yellow inlay.
You will have a V2 in your serial number, as shown in the image on the right.
