You can use the Multi-access stand with your current Pen Display 24.
You will need to remove the four screws that secure the Tilt stand to the back of your Pen Display 24. Once you do that, you can then connect the Multi-access Stand Cable Hub to the back of the Pen Display 24. You will need to follow the Guide to ensure you have routed the cables through the Hub first.
Once you have done that, you can lift and place the Pen Display 24 onto the stand.
