If you don't see the cursor on the Pen Display, you will need to set it as the Primary display on your macOS or Windows computer.
On a Mac:
Click on the Apple > System Settings > Displays, then grab and drag the white bar to the display you want to make the Primary display.
[1] The image to the right shows the Pen Display as the Primary display, with the White bar across the top. [2] This is the other mirrored display. | ![]() |
On Windows:
Right-click on your Desktop and select Display Settings. Then select the Pen Display from the displays icon and select "Make this my main display."
[3] This is the Pen Display, and it is shown as being selected. [4] Check this box if it is not checked to make the Pen your main (Primary) display. | ![]() |
Cursor Placement Menu:
There can also be situations where the Settings panel does not know where to place the cursor. When this happens, a Cursor Placement dropdown menu will appear below the Display Switch Cycle as shown below.
[5] This shows the Cursor Placement menu with the Pen Display 24 selected. ** This dialog box will only appear when the Settings panel does not know where to place the cursor. | ![]() |
