Yes, the pen Display 24 ships with the Tilt stand. The Tilt stand uses four M4 14mm screws to attach to the Pen Display, and the Stand comes attached to the Display.
The Tilt stand tilts from 16 to 72 degrees and can be removed, and the Pen Display is drilled for a VESA 100 x 100 mount.
