I have customized my Pen Tablet, Pens, or Quick Keys, and it is not working the way I thought it would? Is there an easy way to reset the Device I customized?

Yes, there are a couple of different ways to do that. The illustration below will walk you through how to reset a Device or a panel within the Device.

You will need to make sure that you have the Device you want to work with connected to your computer, then you will want to open the Settings program.

To open the settings program, click on the top center-left button. This will automatically open the Settings program.

These instructions will work for Mac, Windows, or Linux operating systems.

Tip: You will notice that the Reset for the panel you are in is located in the same place as all the other panels. This continuity makes finding what you need within our Settings program easy and convenient.

Pen Tablet and Pens Reset:

You can reset the Entire Pen Tablet setting to default by clicking [1] the Gear in the upper right corner and selecting Reset All to Default.

This selection will reset the entier Pen Tablet to the default settings. This will include any custom pen pressure settings you have set up.

You can also reset only the Pen Tablet buttons and active area crop mark colors by clicking on the [3] Reset Tablet button located in the lower right corner.

Each of the different views, Pen Tablet, 3-Button Pen, Thin Pen, and Preferences, have its own Reset to the Default button in the lower right corner of the panel.

[4] This shows the 3-Button Pen panel and the Reset button in the lower right corner.

When you press the Reset button on a panel with sub-panels like the 3-Button panel with the Advanced Settings sub-panel, all sub-panels will be reset.

The Reset button for the [5] Preferences panel can be most useful as this is an area that you might need to do some trial and error with to get the setting either on the Tablet or the Display side the way you want.

Quick Keys Reset:

As with the Pen Tablet, you have quick access to reset the entire [1] Quick Keys from the lower right Reset Quick Keys button.

In the Dial section of the Quick Keys, you can access a [2,3] Reset for just the Dial settings.

With the Quick Keys buttons, you have two options; you can reset one set or all sets.

To access the Reset options for the buttons, [4] select Options, and then from the drop-down menu, select the option that best suits your needs.

[5] To Reset Set One, to default.

[6] To Reset all sets and buttons to default.
