Yes, you will need to use Xencelabs Windows driver 1.3.5-90 or newer in combination with our Pen Display 24, Pen Display 16, or Pen Tablet v2 series. If your latency is over 30 ms, you will need to use "bridge mode." 


If you are using a service such as AWS and the service is not close to your workstation (more than 40ms) due to that latency, there may be issues with dropped packets.


Currently, HP Anyware is compatible with macOS, but our Xencelabs driver is not. We are working with HP Anyware to produce a macOS compatible driver,
