Neither the 3-Button nor the Thin Pen support pen rotation natively.

There is good news -

If you are an Adobe PS user and you are using a brush that is not round, you can use the brush rotation that PS has built into your brush using your Quick Keys.

With the Settings panel open.

[1] Click the PS icon in the Application row.  The yellow line under it tells you that any custom actions you create now will only affect PS when it is running.

[2] Then select the Quick Keys from the left navigation column.

[3] You'll need to select the dial mode or position you'd like to assign the brush rotation.

I have selected Mode 4.

[4] Then, drop down the menu.

[5] Select Keystroke.

[6] Name your new setting - I have named mine Brush Rotation.

[7] In the Define Keystroke top field, press Shift+Left arrow.

[8] In the lower field, press the Shift+Right arrow.

These commands are the same for both Windows and Macs.

[9] Then click OK, and you are good to go.
