If you are experiencing issues like the ones listed below;
- Pen's not having pressure while drawing.
- Custom settings on the Quick Keys, Pen, or Tablet, are no longer working.
- Possible visual glitches in the driver setting panel.
- Quick Keys not being recognized by the computer.
This may be caused by using an outdated Xencelabs driver or an operating system update. Xencelabs suggest that you update your Tablet Driver when a new Tablet Driver is released.
The easiest way to do this is to open your Setting application, and in the lower left-hand corner, you will see a notification that a new Driver is available for download.
Our Driver is designed to be over-installed, so you will not need to remove the installed driver before installing the new driver.
In the extreme case that you do need to remove the existing driver, please follow the steps listed below to uninstall the Xencelabs driver.
For Windows users:
Click on the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the display and scroll down the list of application folders until you come to Xencelabs. Select Uninstall, and this will start the process to uninstall the driver.
Once that has been completed, if you are not prompted to restart your computer, please restart at this time.
For Mac users:
Select Go, then select Application folder and scroll down to the Xencelabs folder. Select the Uninstall application. Once it has been completed, if you are not prompted to, please restart your Mac.
