There is a 30 day return period from the date of purchase. Please reach out to the Customer Care team at support.xencelabs.com for more information. 


The items in the order will need to be in "like new" condition when returned to Xencelabs.


Within the first 30 days of purchase of your order, you can return it with no questions asked. We would like to know why you are returning your order to pass it on to the product and sales teams.


Once the order is received and inspected at Xencelabs, the credit process will start and can take from 15 to 20 days to complete, worse case.  Once the credit is generated, it will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. 


Reasons that your order can not be returned: 

  1. It was damaged while you were using it.
  2. You have exceeded the 30 return period.
  3. The order was not purchased from Xencelabs.
