You may need to reinstall the Xencelabs driver. Before doing that, please export your current custom settings. To do that, click on the “Gear” in the upper right-hand corner of the Settings panel and select Export, and follow the prompts.
Once you have downloaded and reinstalled the Xencelabs driver, you will need to restart your computer.

If that does not get you back up and running, please create a ticket with the Xencelabs Customer Care team by emailing CustomerCare@Xencelabs.com.

i already reinstalled the xencelabs driver exactly as you said, twice.
reimported my settings and everything, but nothing has changed yet.
i've created a ticket in the meantime, was wondering if someone else had the issue.

hello,
i used my xencelabs daily and i love it, the driver works usually nice and the wireless as well.
but since yesterday, the xencelabs app fail to detect my apps when i alt+tab between them and the dongle reception has somehow some issue as well (laggy movement), i didn't change or do anything ( update software or apps) the only thing i've done is update windows.
does anyone experience the same ?
