Yes, the Xencelabs Driver does need to be installed by a user account that has Admin privileges. The Driver needs to have access to the Operating System on a more secure level than a regular user account. 


Once the Xencelabs Driver is installed, all regular user accounts on the computer can access the Xencelabs Driver and customize it as they need. 


This is for both macOS and Windows 10 computers.
