Eraser not changing back to brush in Photoshop 2023

Hi to everyone, I have a problem when using Ps 2023, I used the software for illustration and concept art. When I'm working with the brush tool and change to eraser sometimes it will not go back, only way to get it back working is turning on and off the tablet and sometimes I have to restart my PC.

Check this video where I describe problem in depth.

I read in the ticket you created that you made some adjustments, and you are now up and running. Would you share with the group the changes you made? Are you using Windows Ink or Wintab?
