That is a great question. At this time, you will have to cycle through all of your active sets. If you are not using a set, please deactivate it, and that will be one less set you will need to cycle through.
Also, I have placed my sets in the order in which I use them. Culling/Ranking and Review, Selections, Exp/Color. This way I waste less time cycling through my sets, and my workflow is greatly increased.

Is it possible to toggle between sets in Quick Keys? I have now created 5 sets and have to go through all sets to get back to the foregoing...
