Hi!, I wanted to ask if there was any news related to this feature
The driver team is still working on this and some other related features. The reason for this taking so long is the UI.UA interface design and working through how to integrate it into our Settings panel. I’m hoping for a release in the first quarter of 2025.
Yep, I just posted it above -
My feeling is that it is. The challenge is that our driver team is small, and they have a lot on their plates.
They are also looking at adding Double-click speed and other pen/click type features. I appreciate everyone hanging in there while we figure this out.
For anyone who is still waiting for this feature to be implement and it's not yet implement, I found an alternative solution here from Opentablet driver on github, here are the links if it's allowed

my post wasn't approved I guess
Hi, we are well into 2025 and there are no news about this feature. Can we have an update? With the release of the latest wacom tablets I'm very inclined to go back again to wacom
Thanks for keeping on this. I have reached out to the driver team and ask them for an update. I also past on you commit, hoping they read it with some urgency.
I'll keep you posted.
Hi, can we have an update about this topic? seems that there's nothing going on...
Thanks for reaching out. The Xencelabs Windows Beta driver 1.3.5-90 has some interesting updates for the Tap and hold and Hover and Click.
You can find these new settings under either the 3-Button or Thin Pens selection > More Settings > Other Features
[1] Click-Action Mode
[2] Double Click Distance
Great news! it works and works as intended, I'm so happy.
On the other side as a beta it has some bugs, in my case central mouse click doesn't work when "Click then tap" is activated, I have it in the central button, but It's not the button because I've change the functionality and it does work, is the central mouse click action
Thanks for the post and letting me know. I have sent your comments on to the driver team.
I am unsure if this is how it's going to work, I also downloaded the beta drivers to see if there are any changes but nothing is showing that the feature is implemented unless I am missing a setting somewhere because I installed 1.3.2-61 from the beta. But I am not sure it's anything related to the quick keys either. If at least is available in this driver version, how do I enable it? and if not, where will the option be to able to use "Tap and click" or "Hover click". Thanks.
Thanks for passing that on. I'm sending that on to the Driver to take a look at.
I really really think this should be a feature, I just sent a mail to the support team with this exact topic.
If it helps I link here a screenshot of wacoms configuration so you can see how they have handled this https://imgur.com/a/urf9vB4

I always preferred the way Wacom had an option "hold and tap" to produce a right click. This would be helpful for those of us that use mouse gestures as the current "click" and drag the stylus button kind of freaks the mouse gesture reader out.
