Windows Ink is a group of software and operating system features in Windows 10 that allows you to have extended control when using a Stylus or a pen-enabled tablet. It was introduced in the Windows 10 Anniversary Update and there has been a lot of third-party developments since then.
In short, Windows Ink adds digital pen support to Windows to write and draw on your computer screen.
To access the Windows Ink features:
Go to Start > Settings > Devices > Pen & Windows Ink
The Pen & Windows Ink panel in Windows will allow you to customize your experience with Windows Ink.
Not all applications work with Windows Ink, most newer applications will.
The Xencelabs Setting Panel has a Check box that you can use on an application-by-application basis if you need to turn it off for an application like Adobe CS6.
