Writing here in hope to get this solved or at best, getting a replacement since this is a known issue.
My Quick Keys Device just died last week. It's not responding just blinking. Can't charge it. Tried every solution posted here or that I could find on the internet. Worked perfectly one day, broken the next.
I contacted customer service and provided both my invoice from when I bought it plus a video proving that the issue is real and not made up.
But they only would offer me a discount on my new purchase. Sorry but that's unacceptable. If this is a firmware update issue (and everything points towards that being the issue as it's a know issue) it's your responsibility to provide your customers with a refund or replacement.
