That is correct, there is not a way to assign a button on the Quick Keys or pen to rotate the screen back to 90 degrees without going into the Setting panel and changing it back.
That is a great suggestion, and I’m passing it on to the Driver/Product team to review.

Hello! I draw a lot, and find myself switching fairly frequently between portrait and landscape modes. I appreciate the "Rotate Display 90 Degrees" option, but there doesn't seem to be a way to rotate it back or reset it to landscape mode without going into settings. Having a "Rotate -90 Degrees" option or an option to just set the orientation to whatever I want it to be would be lovely.
