Like most Microsoft tools, there are several ways to turn them on and off.  I list one way to disable it and show you how to bring it up when you needed with an easy keyboard command.


Once you have removed it from opening when you enter text, you can use the keyboard shortcut below to open it and close it when needed.


Press the Windows Key + Ctrl + O 



To stop it from opening up on your screen all the time when entering in text, follow the below instructions.



[1] In the Windows search window, type in "ease of access keyboard settings."

[2] you will see at the top of the search results a listing for Ease of Access keyboard settings. Select this.

[1] Move the slider to the off position.
